CPMS 2.0 transition - overview of the most important information

  • The expertise you have indicated in the old CPMS could not be migrated to CPMS 2.0, so you will need to indicate your expertise in CPMS 2.0 to ensure other clinicians will be able to find you in the system based on your indicated expertise (step-by-step guide on indicating expertise in CPMS 2.0).
  • Any new patient cases you would like to submit for discussion in our recurring CPMS meetings must be entered into CPMS 2.0. If you have any patients for discussion in upcoming meetings, please contact the CPMS helpdesk manager: jurriaan.holzenspies@radboudumc.nl.
  • All patient data from the current CPMS has been migrated to CPMS 2.0 in February 2025, which means that all of the patients that you entered in the old CPMS are now available in CPMS 2.0 under "Patient Record" in the menu on the left.   • EU Login will phase out SMS as an authentication option. Please make sure you have configured at least one of the other supported methods to avoid any disruptions. To change your authentication method to the EU login app, you can follow this guide.

CPMS 2.0 transition - upcoming online trainings

Currently scheduled trainings for CPMS 2.0 users, which will be updated regularly as more trainings will become available later. Please use the links below to add the training for a specific date to your calendar (including join link).

Each session will be approximately one hour long, with the first 30 minutes dedicated to training and the remaining 30 minutes reserved for questions and answers.
